Made from a fresh blend of our main stream, twelve variety apple cider and a blush addition of fresh pressed cranberry juice, straight from the bogs of Muskoka. The cranberry is prominent in the bouquet and pallet, with a light crisp finish.

This island adventure brings you to the beaches and shores of your favourite tropical paradise. Very fruitful, cloudy straw colour with a slight bouquet of the tropics.

Made from twelve varieties of Ontario apples, and a light steeping of hops. This loyalist-style cider is pale straw in colour, with nose aromas from the light addition of local hops. Light-bodied, with balanced sweetness and crisp hopped apple flavour.

Made from fresh pressed Niagara Bartlett, Bosc and Bounty pears, this refreshing cider captures the hopped aromas with crisp bubbles and just a slightly sweet but clear pear taste that flows into a beautiful hop finish.

Description: Made from a fresh pressed blend of six Ontario cherry varieties grown on our family farm. Gluten free with no artificial sugars.

Appearance: Brilliant ruby red with cranberry undertone, effervescent, clear, clean, and red plum colour.

Aroma: Ripe berry and blossoms with gripping sweet amaretto fudge

Palate: This adventure starts with currant and juicy plum, the mid palate has light clove and dark berry. Your palate is left with the delicious taste of cherry pie.
